Simple input:
Data quality depends almost exclusively on user acceptance. All our input interfaces, whether hardware terminal, web mask or mobile device, are designed so users can record their data with minimal effort.

Cross-module integration:
One advantage of the subsystem is that all recorded master data can be managed across modules. Thus, SAP cross-functional tasks can be performed. For example, starting a CS process can end a PP process, or clock-in/clock-out automatically interrupt/start the operation.

Validation:
Matching with the SAP master data is central to data quality. Besicomm does this consistently; the user can only enter data that corresponds to the SAP master data. The use of barcode scanners and predefined lists further improves data quality.

Automation:All processes are SAP job controlled. Apart from entering data at the terminal, no further user input is required in Besicomm. All other actions are carried out exclusively in SAP.

ICARO Confirmation and Cancellation Suite (COACS): Through automated cancellation of feedback, employees and supervisors can add, delete, and edit existing order changes. Besicomm calculates the times to be confirmed in the background and posts them to SAP.

Thanks to COACS, SAP HCM time accounting no longer needs to be completed before feedbacks are transferred to SAP ERP. Besicomm compares the original time events with the reconciliation from SAP HCM, determines any differences and reconciles them with SAP ERP.
